I used to love coming to get my nails done here, last time i went in for my appointment she told me it would be an hour wait, came back in an hour just for her to rush my nails, paint half of my finger and charge me $55. today I wanted to call and make an appointment. the woman that answered was extremely rude i told her never mind and to have a wonderful day. will never* come back

The pedicure was amazing!! I get pedicures every 2 weeks, but the way our technician did it today took off so much dead skin! I was totally surprised and concerned that I pay so much at another nail shop so often and this much dead skin was still on my feet! Little bit of a wait 30mins or so but worth it!

I love this place!!! I’ve always gotten wonderful services from my nail tech Tony and the owner. They remember my face each time I walk in, and always great me with a smile. The most important is the quality of their work, which is amazing I must say. They always see my vision and make it even better. Their prices are great and I’ve never had a broken nail or chip paint. If you never had one of their Pedicures please stop in and try the Apple. When I tell you it’s like a warm slice of apple pie it’s great. They really great people and care about their customers. Everywhere I go people always comment on my nails and I send them right to them. Thank you guys!!

This place is amazing and so is Cindy! I’ve never had such a wonderful nail tech! She takes the time to craft every nail and really cares about her customers. I’ve been getting acrylic nails with gel from Cindy for several months. She always does EACH nail perfect. The owner Cici was very welcoming also. I recommend this business above all others. Absolutely over the moon I found Cindy from Apple nail!

Customer service is terrible!!! Over priced worked they use to be extremely good but their customer service has declined during the week it’s hardly anybody in there and still the wait time and service time is extremely long I like to get in and out on the weekends forget about it I use to spend a lot of money here never again I’ll gladly spend my money where I’m treated as a valued customer

This was the worst customer service I have ever Encounter. I had my nails done about a week and half away from there a nail broke and I only needed to get one fixed. I was called over to sit down and Explained that I only need just the one fixed and I wanted the nail to be a narrow nail at the base and as I was Explaining she packs the nails back in the drawer and says I can’t do your nail and left me sitting in the chair to care for other customers. So I’m sitting there puzzled like what happened? So I get up walk towards her and said hello I don’t understand what’s going on are you refusing to fix my nail. She says yes I don’t know how to do it shaking her head and turning her back away from me as I speak. Mind you she’s the manger I’m sure she knows how to do an almond shaped nail. Please also keep in mind I was just there a week and half ago. Not only was she completely unprofessional all this was done in front of customers I felt discriminated against and everyone that was in there was looking in shock. It was just a very terrible and embarrassing event. I absolutely do not recommend this unprofessional company. It will be helpful for them to understand here in America professionalisms counts!

One star because there is no option for less than a zero. I just went for a filling and the guy, who clearly doesn’t know what to do with nails, instead of changing the gel polish, he decided to cut my natural long nails SUPER short even though I said no, that I just wanted a FILLING!! The guy next to him had to jump and tried to fix the horrible mistake. I went to wash my nails, as they were going to paint my nails. The guy had the guts to say that he was going to charge more because he cut my natural nails ( i did not asked for that) He put SO much polish that it was dripping onto the table. Not only that but the polish was shrinking and looked awful. I told him he was using too much and he said that it was ok ( its not, i have been getting my nails done for 2 years). After i left, i send my daughter to get a cotton ball with acetone to get the 10 pound of polish off my nails. I had nail polish all over my skin! Worse experience ever.
