I saw Lily for the 1st. Time n I LOVE how she shaped my nails and it took less than an hour. She was professional and nice. You get a free glass of wine if you spend more than $30. YES, I had some wine. It was good…Now See pics. I chose Mood polish as you can see,2 colors, changes – when hot or cold. This I’d #11 on Mood Palate.

The first day my nails were done, there was a major gap between the cuticle and the nail. The nails were different lengths. I was the only customer because they were about to close for the night. I paid $60 + $10 tip. Today two of the nails just fell off like a press on set of nails. I will have my nails done somewhere else.

I will never spend my money there anymore. I came in today (8/8/22) to get my feet done and I blatantly seen the racist unprofessional disrespect personally. I came there before to get my feet done and this wasn’t a problem until now. I asked to get my feet done and the lady told me to come back at 18:30 which I said okay and I sat down to wait for that time. There was two other black people ahead of me as well sitting down waiting. One white person walked in and they told them to sit down at the chair where they do feet at without an appointment. Another two Asian people came in that spoke their language and they told them to sit down at a feet chair. The black lady that was sitting down waiting asked the shop employee’s did the three people ahead of us have appointments and the lady was shocked that was asked and she hurried up and said the three of you sit in the next three chairs bedside the other three non appointment people. I politely walked out and said I will never ever spend my money here at all for what I just encountered. I will not recommend this place to anybody at all.

Would not go here again. The owner was rude when I was first seated and the whole process was rushed. While I was waiting for my first coat of polish to dry, she moved to another customer, going back and forth between the two of us. She was super unfriendly and I did not receive a full manicure as I had paid for. Will be going back to Master Nails.
