They did a fill with gel polish, that same day my gel polish started peeling off but it was only a little bit on the top and then 3 days later majority of the gel is peeling off! For $56 dollars this should NOT be happening. I have never had any gel polish come off at any other nail salon. 100% do not recommend. Only reason I put two stars is because he did the shape decently.

The woman that did my nails was efficient, nice, and professional. The massage chair was nice and I was happy with the pedicure. I would come back here. Just as a heads up, when I went they were still running reduced hours (closing at 5pm instead of 7pm).**Update**After getting my acrylics I started to come to see Michelle every 2-3 weeks for a gel manicure. She does a fantastic job. She is so meticulous about cleaning up my cuticles and she makes sure the polish looks perfect. She is so nice and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does. I was shocked to see the negative reviews on here (but it seems like they are all from the same one disgruntled person because they say roughly the same thing and were all posted around the same time)… but I hope that that doesn’t deter people from coming here. The customer service at this establishment is deplorable. I called and made an appt the night before to receive a fill. When I walked in the establishment, they automatically seemed like they had a problem. I stated that I had an appointment for a fill and right away the manager yelled out that my nails would be a higher price because for her they were long. I was taken aback by that but said “ok” and sat down with a male technician. He starts my nails and then yells that there will be an additional fee for the fix I needed which I already knew but I said “ok” and stated that I will need my nails cut down and will that be an additional fee also. With an attitude he states that they don’t charge for that service, and I said “ok great”. He continues to take the polish off my nails and runs across my nail that has a short nail bed and doesn’t look like a normal nail. Other technicians have encountered the nail and get worried until I explain the history of the nail. He starts yelling that he has to take the nail off and I am trying to explain to him about the nail. I ask him to calm down so I can talk because he keeps talking over me. I assume he didn’t like that because he yells that he cannot do my nails and ask me to leave the establishment. I have never been treated like that in a nail salon and I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. They were rude and borderline racist to me. If you want good customer service, this is not the establishment to patronize.
