Elegant Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been to this salon a few times so i expected this time to be great as it always has, however it was terrible. Instead of soaking my dip off i had to submerge my fingers in polish remover and he Manicured my entire Right hand leaving my left hand in the remover for a long time. The station was messy my hands were left with powder all over my hands from removing the previous color the entire manicure. My right hand still has the silver color under the new color and my right hand has my old color and my fingers from soaking them in a small cup. Which the grinder tools were also added to the cup while my nails were in the cup. I was told to wash my hands at the end after the gel overlay. Which i hit and the nail tech sighed in aggravation. My nails are bumpy. I’ve been to this salon a few times so i expected this time to be great as it always has, however it was terrible. Instead of soaking my dip off i had to submerge my fingers in polish remover and he Manicured my entire Right hand leaving my left hand in the remover for a long time. Critical: QualityFirst time customer, they took me right in. Very friendly and courteous. I asked for a new set upon entering the salon. The manager said, oh no you’ll be fine with just a fill. Ok, fine. The next day my nails were bumpy, splochy and I noticed the shape was uneven. Stopped by on my way home from work, they were busy asked me to come back the next day. I did. Again I said, this is why I wanted a new set. The manager said it was done thick due to the blue powder. She said would you like a darker color. Sure, ok, so we did a darker color gel, to cover the blue powder. Loved the color. The next day my nails were peeling. Called, manager said come in after work. I did, I said this is why I wanted a new set, cause the blue is hard to cover up and I don’t like it. She repainted my nails again. I said thank you and left. Again the next day one started peeling and then two broke. I even apologize for having them redo my nails. While I appreciate the time and effort that was put in to fixing the problem. First time customer, they took me right in. Very friendly and courteous. I asked for a new set upon entering the salon. The manager said, oh no you’ll be fine with just a fill. Ok, fine.
