LADIES! Please DO NOT let the stylist at this Salon do your hair, her booth is in the back. She pressed my hair out and caused so much heat damage I could not restore my hair, it was falling out, I had to cut all my hair off! I’m really sad about it, when I went back to tell her how damaged my hair was and I would have to cut it off, she had this weird smirk on her face like she damaged my hair on purpose. I believe she did because she was so amazed how long my hair grew in such a short period of time. Thank god I have fast growing hair, I will grow it back longer and stronger. I never let people do my hair and this was such valuable lesson for me. Please don’t be next, go somewhere else.

A lady doesn’t know how to beginning to hair cut, i told her top 3 and bottom 2. She start out on top mine with 3 with razor. I stop her and said what are you doing? You should start out with the side or bottom and go up.. she ruin my hair… , but i still give her tip..

I don’t normally post reviews, but this happened a few weeks ago. I was told on the phone I could get a haircut as a walk in. When I get there, not only are there only two barbers working, but I waited in excess of two hours. I wish I could say this was the end of the lousy service, but during the middle of my haircut the guy cutting my hair walked out to take a break for at least 10 minutes. He then leaves again during the haircut for another 5 minutes because he had food delivered. Where I come from, if you walk out like that in the middle of a job, they tell you don’t come back at all. I don’t care how good the haircut is, I truly felt as if I was treated like dirt. And simply put, I’m happy to take my money elsewhere than deal with this nonsense again.

For anybody looking for a place to get your haircut I HIGHLY HIGHLY, recommend that you come here. This is the Top shelf of haircut places in Albany. And did i mention great prices? Won’t put a dent in your pockets. Honestly for this type of skills and hospitality they should charge $200 plus tax for every cut. I’m just Lost for words at how well they cut. You will be too.
