Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy experience at this salon was so excellent. Did I me mention its just 5 minutes away from my house and newly and beautiful renovated looking. The peaceful and calm environment I felt very relaxed. My manicurist Van or Lane ( Hope I put her name correctly) she was so patient with me and so kind. I’m so indecisive but we ended up with a nail design I love . The lady that did my pedicure was nice as well. I recommend, this place to all the prices are just a touch high but still competitive! I have been coming here for a few months now. The employees are really nice. I got a Christmas present at the end of my service today, which was a friendly touch. The gel pedicures are $10 more than most places but the service is good so I don’t mind the up-charge. I live an hour away it I would rather go to this business for my nail service because I feel welcomed and appreciated here. 🙂

Worst Experience of a manicure and pedicure I have ever received. Nails were lumpy and the color of the white polish was different because the technician was in such a rush to leave she didn’t allow time for the polish to dry in between. Asked for a spa pedicure which was on the ticket and the manager advise the technicians do not check the ticket. Then you would think they would ask what you are getting. Either way without the tech asking I told her a spa pedicure and received a regular pedicure which was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received however the polish job was good. Don’t waste your time or money. They only care about money not customer service. Explained to the manager and there was no care. Didn’t even help assist with moving from one station to the next which has never happened before. Really a shame. Go to Viva Nails across the street. Wish I would have just waited the 30 minutes so they could hav taken me as a walk in smh.

I have recently transitioned to elegance III Dunellen 6-8 months ago. I really enjoy getting my nails done here, the prices are very reasonable!! They don’t change their price each time you get your nails done – Unlike other places nearby. It’s fast, very clean and updated! The staff is very pleasant and the nail technicians – Dave and Andy are great!! 🙂

Sadly I’ve had to go from 5 stars to 1. I’ve been a client at this business approximately 6 years. They now only care about the money and have stopped taking care of the client. I recently had my nails done and 1 broke within 2 days. Instead of anyone taking 5 mins to fix it for me they just dragged it out for 4 days finally the receptionist told me what I suspected that the person who did my nails had to fix it and she was booked. Well that fixed me and I’m moving on because obviously loyalty no longer matters here!
