Was a customer for 13 years, just recently was there, I called back and told the owner I didn’t like how my hair looked, I wanted a different hair cut, she than went off on me, she was rude and told me “just because you’ve been a long time customer doesn’t always mean I’m going to be nice to you, I have problems too, just like you, I can’t always be smiling, you came at 6 and I was tired” this was her explanation after 13 years, never felt so unwelcomed, she does not value a customer and obviously lacks skills on customer service mind you she’s he owner! Never felt so disrespected!
