Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been getting my hair cut by Ed for 4 years every 2-3 weeks. Always had good experience besides today, I had an appointment for 4:30. I got there 15 minutes late because of Lex traffic(I called and let them know I would be 10 or so mins late).. anyways when it’s my turn I walk up with my phone because I had a new idea for my hair. It dies, obviously would only take 2/3 mins to turn on… Well he tells me “if that’s the case I gotta go ahead and take this other man” (man who walked in without appointment). needless to say Walk ins are not aloud with COVID-19 and I drove from Lexington just to wait for an hour and never get my hair cut. This place is very unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone after this. So greedy you gotta cut someone else’s hair bc I need 2 minutes for my phone to turn on? I have been getting my hair cut by Ed for 4 years every 2-3 weeks. Always had good experience besides today, I had an appointment for 4:30. Critical: Qualityi asked for an inch and he took off like 2 or 3. it’s so choppy. $28 for that?! great clips costed 14 and did a way better job. the undercut isn’t even that good.
