Just tried to make an appointment just as one of the reviews suggested. The person that answered the phone didn’t state it was a salon that I was calling so I had to ask. That is when I found out there is a bit of a language barrier. I was unable to make a reservation and I think they just tried to tell me to look up their hours tof operation. Poor first impression.

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueShe’s open!!!Edith does an amazing job !!! I’ve been here a couple of times now and always leave happy . I highly recommend an appointment. They do take their time which is evident in the quality of work. She doesn’t rush you out the door just because there is a line of people waiting for her . They aren’t too talkative in there but I think it’s because they are just focused on doing a great job . If you do walk in just ask how long the wait time is and that way you know what to expect.I’ve done color, highlights , and cut . Showed a picture for reference and it looked nothing like the picture, only dyed the first layer of hair and even then it was only the sides, gave me a money piece that I didn’t ask for but charged me full price for everything.
