The barber a.k.a. “ Jorge “ was unprofessional. He asked me, “ what number do you want ? “ I replied, “ cut it down to an 1/8th just to where my waves are hitting. You’ll know. “ He then spoke Spanish to his another barber (not knowing that I know Spanish), then he said again, in a different tone, “ What number do you want ? “ . Then I repeated my previous statement. It took him 45 grusome minutes *( because he would cut – n-stop, cut – n – stop to text or do something on his phone) to do a 25 minute ball tapered with a razor blade edge up. Good thing my date canceled , cos lil’ Jorge would’ve made me late. I gave him a merciful tip of $5 because I believe in tipping service workers. But en El Nombre de Jesús or Jesus, depending on your understanding, I will never go back to this under developed, immature, no soft skills having barbershop again.

Got my 4 year old sons 1st ever haircut here today and I refuse to go ANYWHERE else. First of all the shop was very appealing to the eye and kept near spotless! Everything was shiny! The customer service was impeccable. I called before I went because I wanted to make sure they could work on younger kids and they were very friendly and informative! We got to be cut by Jorge. I could not have asked for a better experience. Jorge’s great personality calmed both my son and I. He was very considerate and made sure we were both comfortable and well informed. My son, to my surprise, sat still almost the entire time and cut up with Jorge. We all left grinning from ear to ear, thank you guys so much!
