I loved my experience at Eden Organics in Allentown. Sadia did an excellent job creating my new balayage look and it turned out exactly how I’d hoped! My hair also feels so much healthier with a fresh trim and I loved the products that were chosen for shampoo, conditioning, and styling. I have had several things done at this salon. Massages and facials are fantastic it’s a must try service. I’ve also had colors, cuts but mostly tape-in extensions done. Samantha and Teagan are the best at doing tape-in extensions. They don’t fall out or start separating at the ends which I’ve experienced at other places. I have been dealing with hair loss in my early 40s and Samantha introduced me to tape-ins and she does an excellent job at recommending what works best for you. I only had the pleasure of working with Teagan for a few months while Samantha was out on maternity leave but she’s also an excellent stylist listening to her clients wants/needs. This is a very cute salon and you won’t be disappointed.

I love getting massages and facials here. I have never done any salon services. Ive done waxing a few times over the years here, but i break out afterwards every time, so i wont be trying that again. They use strip wax, and im thinking that might be the issue? Will still come here for facials and massages though!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityJust had a massage here loved this place!! So friendly! I walked in by accident I made an appointment with another eden spa in like pa 5 hours away. I don’t know how I did that . Anyway they got me right in anyway and I got a 90 minute massage. It was super clean, very relaxed atmosphere. The masseuse was awesome she actually made me fall asleep and I never usually do in a massage session. They also offer hair styling, waxing, etc. The receptionist was sooooo nice and sweet loved her. Critical: QualityDon’t go for highlights!!! I wanted to freshen up my highlights which were a little brassy. This girl Sadia could not accomplish that my hair is even brassier . She didn’t leave lightener on long enough. She couldn’t manage the blow out impossible for her . Bleach on the nape of my hair when I went home because of poor rinsing. I have thick hair I specifically told them that when I made that appointment.I need a blonde specialist that can work on thick hair . Excellent massage! I had been going to “chain” massage places for a couple of years. Now that I’m seven months pregnant, I needed a spa that offered prenatal massages. Dawn (my massage therapist) was an absolute breath of fresh air! She was incredibly polite, professional, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated (something I have not felt in months)! I highly recommend this spa and salon! A+ experience!
