First time going here and I am really happy I did! The experience was very relaxing and didn’t feel rushed at all. The cuticle trimming and food scrub was very gentle and pain free! I would 100% recommend this nail salon to anyone in 29, JT, or Yucca. The prices are also soooo reasonable! I’m really impressed and will be back soon thank you!

People were friendly and the lady was very knowledgeable in working with my thin, gel-damaged nails (+2 stars). That said, the place was in desperate need of an update; chairs were dilapidated and torn, and the place could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint (-1 star). The worst part of our experience was my daughter getting burned by the wax (-2 stars).

I will never go back here I was treated horribly. The guy yanked on my hands, rushed through nails show that….then the paint job…ugh…..I asked for nail polish remover ad I was leaving and was given my money back after the woman realized I was upset and not happy with my nails .

Loved coming here. When I first walked in I was greated and told it would be a 10 min wait. I’m not sure if I even waited 10 min. It took my nail tech less then an hr to do a fill with gel and file my nail shape to make it more even. This was my first time here and I’m 100% coming back!

The salon itself is old and outdated and sort of sketch.. I mean for 29 idk how good you’re going to get … Nail filing was rough and continued even after I was visibly uncomfortable and pulled away, services in the pedicure were short and not worth the money I paid for the “extras”. The gel polish on my hands were bubbly and uneven in spots when I left and began chipping two days later and completely off the majority of my nails by day 6. The first impression when I entered was the place smells. Only 2 staffs on duty, maybe they’re the owners. Price wise pretty high for such a small place and very minimum service. The lady did good on my pedicure but she was rushy and didn’t offer any option at all on the designs.. Overall customer service is poor -unfriendly, job on nails is ok and store+equipments are pretty dirty & old.

Had an awesome experience. Needed a full set last minute to replace a mani and I had no appt. She allowed me a walk in on the spot and smashed out the whole set in 40 minutes. This was 4 WEEKS ago and I JUST got them filled. No chips, no repairs, and color still DAZZLING. Her next appointment showed up 15 minutes in and she worked under pressure from her customer and they STILL came out FLAWLESS! 10/10 would recommend and will return if I’m ever in Twentynine Palms again!
