She understands where I need attention without verbal communication and has a sense of where she can do deeper and work, and where I just want comfort.Her room gives both a relaxing and healing vibe. I love the feeling I have when I lay on the table and take in those relaxing breaths where she has placed essential oils for me to begin even before she enters the room. It’s not the only extra touch either! She does cupping in the areas that need more attention and guidance to relax. When I leave there is a thoughtful self blended package of materials for my bath to continue even more of my therapy at home closing out my session. My smile is even guided with soothing lip balm made of natural products that she puts in my take home package!I would say if you get the honor of being her client you will cherish the times you spend together! Literally Blissed out after an amazing 90 minute session with Tricia.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI just want to start with that I feel honored to be writing a review for Tricia. She has been absolutely wonderful in so many ways.I first came to Earthroots Bodywork & Massage after climbing Mt Sain Helens and having some injuries. I had climbed the mountain on the weekend and midway down had some issues with my leg muscles. Needless to say the next say I could barely move, let alone walk. I got ahold of Tricia very last minute who was able to work me into her very busy schedule which I was so grateful for! From the get-go she was so kind and compassionate. She really took the time to understand what issues I was struggling with and really put alot of time and energy into working those out. Her knowledge when it came to how complex the body is regarding how one thing tends to be tied to another astounded me. From my perspective I only knew for example that my upper thigh muscles were in a ton of pain. She however knew there was a bigger picture there in how muscles connect with other areas and that it was those areas which needed to be worked with first. She really got me moving again.Through that session I realized that there was defintely some other areas of which needed worked on personally when it came to incorporating reiki and self introspection. So I ended up booking another session to start work through some of the past emotional baggage I had been carrying for so long. Here we are 3 months later and I can say it’s been an absolute pleasure to continue working with Tricia. I started out with and injury and then ended up on a longer more deeply spiritual journey with her and I am nothing but grateful for it. At this point I consider her a friend in addition to all the work with her. I was totally relaxed around her from the jump. She checked in throughout the massage to make sure I was getting what I needed and that the pressure was good. My first massage was 90 minutes and she got so much work done. I work on my feet and use my body for work doing repetitive motions all day. She talked to me about how I can help certain areas by doing stretches and to be mindful of the way I’m moving to not strain muscles. My first session was 90 minutes and it was the best session with a healer/therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot. Tricia does so much more than Reiki – it was a combination of reiki, massage, talk therapy, emotional clearing methods. I worked thru one of the biggest blocks in my life in one session.
