DryBar has really changed since it first opened. I would not recommend this business to anyone. No customer service! No management! They do not care for your business and treat customers with the utmost unrespectfull language and Horrific attitutde. When you get a BloDry it feels like they are doing you a favor. I have a membership and usually get great blow outs here. Three stars because they often make me wait 15-30 minutes after my appointment time. The last time, the front desk person offered me champagne while I was waiting and then forgot it. After 30 minutes, she offered me a scalp massage for my wait…then, the stylist forgot it. There is always something but I get good blow outs, so I keep going.

I absolutely love this salon. I recently moved and miss them dearly. I drove out of my way (1 hour commute) simply because the experience here never fails me. The staff is attentive and fantastic. I have a dry bar 10 mins from me, but drove an hour just because of how amazing they are! If that doesn’t speak volumes I don’t know what does.

Came here for the first time. My aunt is a regular and she is a hair model, got my first blow out today w a new girl Stephanie, girls working were so nice, had a drink & took about an hour looks so good. I love how they have a menu and it’s all related to drinks, cute and fun place !! Coming back soon

Stylist was awesome and pleasant to work with but the wait was ridiculous. I had to wait over 20 minutes to be seen. Why have an appointment system if you are not going to keep your integrity? They have no problem charging you for being late or having to cancel. If the company expects you to keep integrity with the appointment then they should keep theirs as well or if they can’t at least apply a discount…. I wasn’t the only one waiting a long time either….

Came here recently for a blowout with Ciera. Love how the styles are all related to drinks. They offer mimosas and tea while you’re getting your hair done. The monthly membership I believe is $80/month for 2 blowouts which I think is very reasonable and my hair looked fantastic in under an hour!
