Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityYvonne is excellent! She was recommended by another curly-haired gal (who was Very Happy) and lives in Black Mountain. I drove 2 hours each way to see her and it was well worth the drive! My hair has a style again both curly and when worn straight, which I had been unable to get anyone to do where I live. The coloring she did to blend my grey with my natural looks well, natural! So impressed with her professionalism, her ability to listen to the style I wanted and make it happen! Yvonne is excellent! She was recommended by another curly-haired gal (who was Very Happy) and lives in Black Mountain. I drove 2 hours each way to see her and it was well worth the drive! Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Dreams for almost two years. Yvonne has done a great job with both cut and color. She has taken me from my natural light brown color to platinum blonde, grey, brunette, rainbow and I have loved it all. She is not afraid to step outside of the box and try new things. As someone who likes to change their hair on a whim I appreciate that, but she will also offer good advice if I am headed in a wrong hair direction. I have been going to Dreams for almost two years. Yvonne has done a great job with both cut and color. She has taken me from my natural light brown color to platinum blonde, grey, brunette, rainbow and I have loved it all. She is not afraid to step outside of the box and try new things. Yvonne was fantastic with my 5 year old! We were walk-ins and she sat down with my daughter and helped her look at pictures and choose her haircut. It came out beautifully and we’ll gladly return! My daughter is so happy with her asymmetrical bob and fairy hair! And I adore it, as well.

Best salon experience I’ve ever had! Yvonne was absolutely wonderful… I had a hair cut, color (highlights) and a gloss treatment and I’ve never been so happy with my hair! She took her time and asked lots of questions about what I wanted and really listened to what I said. I rarely get my hair cut because too many other stylists have NOT done what I asked – not here!! I seriously felt like a model when I left Dreams – and now I have the hair of MY dreams! 1000 stars!

Tried twice to make an appt, voice mail both times asking me to pick a stylist by name and leave message. Definitely not welcoming to a new client. Never received a call back. If salon is out of business, no mystery there.

Very professional salon! Walked in to make an appointment as a new client needing help with transitioning grey hair and styling, and Yvonne assisted me immediately. She was able to set up appointment that day due to a cancellation. She listens to what you want from your salon visit, and works hard to meet your expectations. She is very knowledgeable on coloring, and works toward protecting your hair from damage during processing. It was great as an older woman to work with a cosmetologist with such a positive attitude. I left the salon feeling that I had gotten quality service beyond my expectations.
