I spoke to Madison who was extremely rude. I tried to reschedule my appointment, but she didn’t let me speak because she rudely went on and on yelling, cutting me off before hanging up on me. I’m surprised she still works there with that attitude. Please offer this girl some training on having respect manners.

this company doesnt have any integrity. they just care about themselves – also the nurses dont know what theyre doing. i dont like how if i needed to reschedule, they would take sessions from me that i already paid for or charge you an expensive cancellation fee. i regret coming here because aside from all the money i spent, their beauty treatments damaged my skin and made it look so ugly. i hope karma gets to this place

Absolutely loved the skin resurfacing treatment!!! Kathleen was amazing on describing the treatment and was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. The nurse Daniella was so kind and fun. My skin is looking phenomenal. Am coming back monthly now !

I have been going to Dr. Laser for tattoo removal and skin rejuvenation since the beginning of this year just because I am stuck with a package I purchased. It is sooooo hard to get an appointment with them. I have a crazy working schedule (I travel for work) and usually need to make an appointment a day or two ahead. They only offer you availability for a week to two ahead, which doesn’t work for me. I call them like crazy for cancellation and they never return my calls. My last appointment was in May, 6 months ago (I try to do it every 3 months) and my last appointment attempted last week was cancelled just when I was about to start driving their way because they did not have the machine available. I am honestly really tired of trying so hard to get appointments.They don’t seem to care. As soon as I am done with my package (which will probably take years to finish), I am not buying any from them again.

I love it here. They are very accommodating and customer service is so friendly and supportive. I’m overall bad with keeping appointments and the manager waived it the cancellation fee at least 2 times. I love the micro needling treatments and also bought facials and laser skin rejuvenation.

Ashley was so amazing! I had one laser session and I had absolutely no pain compared to other places where I was in tears after an underarm laser session. The place is very clean and efficient and there is a lot of street parking available. Would definitely recommend this place, and Ashley, to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly laser experience!

Unhappy with the service. I do not recommend this place. I know I’m not going to get my money back but I prefer that than give more of my money. It’s ridiculous your rules and regulations when ever you call to reschedule an appointment you have to pay $50 even if you are sick what the heck. Very bad customer service. Enjoy my money.
