My daughter and I have been to Dorr nail salon a number of times. The first time experience was good. The next 3-4 times with total combined $265.00 + in costs each time (mani, pedi, dip, full set plus generous tips) we experienced less than good, actually really bad service, and product. We’re usually ones to give chances, when expressed our concerns each time with our dissatisfaction. The staff brushed us off, did not offer a fix or a discount. I think for that much money, and chances a business would try to remedy the situation to avoid bad reviews. Well here I am. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work, design, and the products offered on the menu. Top dollar pedicures were not given, let alone the massage or products described. We we’re rushed and dismissed.
