Doll does such amazing work!!! I tried several places for my skincare needs and couldn’t find anyone that seemed to really know what they were doing while also being professional and kind. If I could give a 0 I would. The photos are after my initial brow session. I had asked Doll at a tattoo convention if she was able to work with scarring to which she replied “yes, absolutely”. My eyebrows almost entirely fell out and none of the micro blading stuck. The brows were also measured incorrectly. I paid $650 for this service and then had to find another spa to go to to fix her errors BEFORE MY WEDDING! When I requested a 50% refund due to having to get them fixed elsewhere she reported that “this is how they are supposed to look”. However my first set of brows from another spa look SO much better as well as provided medical grade aftercare, not a balm that we are instructed to apply with our fingers. When I reached out to her she placed the blame on my skin type, incredibly unprofessional experience, that ended with botched brows and a need to spend an additional $800.
