I had a Dip nail service done on 1/27/22 for my 1/29/22 engagement party. Sadly the dip service did not last 24 hours- pointer fingers on both hands completely chipped off the tops. Preparing for an engagement party I had absolutely no free time to go back in to have them redo the service I had already spent time to have done. They were running low on the color I wanted. They even put the dip in a clear cup with a lid to use it instead of the dip bottle and was still scolded to make sure he didn’t use it all. I suppose I should have known then. Had I known they really needed to save that color and would not be able to use enough that my nails would be okay 2 days later for my engagement party- I would have picked a different color or I suppose insisted he put more on.

I have been here 3 times and I have made this my spot. They are so professional. What I love most is how they treat everyone the same. You will never feel out of place here. They also don’t speak their language when doing your pedicure. Sometimes this makes you feel like they are talking about your bad feet . I feel so comfortable coming here. The environment is great! Will always come back

I would not recommend this place, I went in for a toe nail polish color changed thats all for my toes that I wanted, and I made this clear to them, they gave me a price of 12 then when I checked out and looked at the text receipt they charged me $18 for my toes, just to change the color and trim my nails. I don’t mind paying, but would like to be told the upfront cost and, just be honest. Also, I had dip done to my finger nails, and when I was trying to pick out a color it was extra money for this and that, any of the really nice colors it was a lot extra. This is just ridiculous how they handle business. Also they want cash tips, and they have their hand out for that. Would not recommend this place.

I wouldn’t even provide 1 star but that’s the default for leaving a review. I walked in to a very unwelcoming salon where we were told they couldn’t service us at the time but didn’t ask if we would like to set an appointment or return when they had more availability. I honestly believe we were racially profiled. Good news: we found an excellent nail salon just down the street!

She filled them but didn’t not take off all the color to the point where I had to use a darker shade because my old nail polish was showing through. She did not shape my nails at all and it looks like I have paddles on my fingers. I tried to be very nice to her but she was so rude back to me. I would never recommend someone going here. I’ve been going to D’Nail Bar since it opened, but I’ve known the ladies and their work for a longer period of time. They have some meticulous technicians and do quality work. Lily has done my nails for a couple of years. I consider her a friend. I’ve taken my daughters, my mom and friends there and recommend D’Nail Bar to anyone who wants their nails done!

Wasn’t as clean / prim and proper manicure as you expect a manicure to be. I had to ask separately to clean/buff nails which is automatically expected when you’re getting such a service. Plus side- Overall behaviour was good.
