I absolutely LOVE going here!! I will never go to another salon when it comes to my Natural hair. I’ve had amazing interaction with everyone working there both in the salon and barbershop. Coming from a small town I wasn’t familiar with booking online and all of the services they offered. I reached out to Courtney to get assistance and she has lead and guided me to having healthy hair! I absolutely don’t mind spending money here, I go every two weeks! Every stylist offers several different types of treatments that will have your hair healthy. My 1st time there I went in not feeling happy about my hair one bit I was ashamed of how unhealthy I let it get. I’ve had lots of negative experiences at other salons but this one, they are very uplifting. It would be impossible to leave there not feeling beautiful/handsome. They are a great vibe and that’s one thing that made me come back. The shop is clean and sanitary as well!

Don’t normally leave reviews, but I’m tired of events like this happening. Arrived to the salon to find the stylist not there, doors locked and the lights off. Another stylist and a client comes to the salon side of the shop and let’s me in after telling her I had an appt. I got a text after the other stylist called her that said she tried to email me and she had to leave early. (Received at 1351 my appt was at 1345) She DID offer to reschedule for Wednesday, but that wouldn’t work for me. I was scheduled for a $20 trim, 30 minute time slot. Call/text clients if something comes up that interferes with the appt, not just email. BTW my appt wasn’t confirmed until 0825 am the morning of the appt. According to the stylist, Booksy wasn’t supposed to confirm it without her speaking with me first. Didn’t get a follow-up text or call after she supposedly sent the email the day before.
