I will never go back. First, the salon itself was dirty. There were mail clippings on the floor and mail dust everywhere. Looked like they closed yesterday and didn’t bother to clean up.

While I was there 2 people came in to get their nails fixed and that should have been my warning sign. Got a full set with gel last night around 5pm and at 6am the next day the polish is peeling off. On Sundays they don’t accept card so be prepared to pay cash and use their ATM that they make money on the fees. No signs and never told me. I was really hoping it would be a good new place for me but I am so disappointed.

I really tried to give this place a solid try but I was disappointed both times. The first time I went I got my nails and feet done (gel nail polish). They grinded too much of the nail on my toe were it bled and it just hurt after. When it was painted it was stinging and I told them but she said that was normal? I paid and still tipped because I thought people make mistakes. The second time I went I just got my nails done (chose gel nail polish) and my eyebrows done. They then cut too much of my cuticle were I was bleeding. It was annoying for it to happen twice. The paint then chipped 3 days later which really sucked. The only thing I liked were my eyebrows. I’ll definitely be trying a different nail place in the future. (I only uploaded a picture of the original chip, middle finger on the top left and pointing finger top left)

Not to go to place. The wait time is too long even if you make an appointment. If you are a person of color you are not treated the same. They don’t listen to your wants or they try to sway you away from your request. I’ve given them several chances to make me a satisfied customer and they fell everytime. So done with this place. I hope other people see what I have seen and STOP using their service.

Sooooo….. Long story short…. The technician kept telling me she couldn’t do designs on my daughters nails…. I think she got tired of me asking and showing her pictures because guess what…. SHE DID THEM ! And they turned out super cute. So when it was my turn, my technician went and got someone else to paint the design on mine … Which also turned out super cute! I made sure to tip all who worked on our hands/feet..

I am so incredibly impressed and pleased with my experience. It was easy to make an appointment, I didn’t have to wait long at all. The last salon I went to messed up my nails very badly, causing an infection due to the incorrectness of sealing the acrylic. I had Jason and he took very good care of me, he fixed my nails and did an outstanding job with painting and making them the right length and thickness. The design I asked for is very identical to what I asked for. I will definitely be going back and the price for a fill, gel and design was very reasonable.

Honestly, I’m not one to write negative reviews but I have never been as disappointed with my nails as I was today. I wouldn’t have written this if the nail tech hadn’t made 4 different nail beds bleed… my mom and I went here to get our nails done prior to a wedding and I am just so disappointed… we both got mani/pedis, the pedicures were fine although nothing spectacular, I would have given it a 3/5. The manicures were complete trash I almost thought about leaving after the pedicure because I asked for a simple design involving one small diamond stud on each nail and he said he couldn’t do it and tried to talk me into just painting my nails one solid color…. so then I asked for a French manicure and the quality was just terrible… Attaching pictures and keep in mind these are RIGHT after the manicure.. I still have clear gel polish attached from my nails to my fingers and the white polish doesn’t extend all the way from one side of the nail to the other side…… I would have rather done our nails at home then to sit here for 1.5 hours and waste $120…

They use to be great . Now they don’t go in Oder they take pedicures first they make fills waits hours even if you were there first because they make more money off of pedicures. They are not doing in order of sign ins they are going in order of who’s paying more unfortunately. It needs to be first come first serve period. That is how Prejudice is started.
