Positive: Professionalism, QualityI began going to Lynnique 7/2020 due to sudden, unexplained hair loss. Her consultation was very thorough and personalized. She is very particular in her treatment approach and explained everything that was done to my understanding. At the end of my consultation I felt relieved and very informed about what my treatment plan would include. Over the next few months I followed her treatment routine, and within four months saw significant results (see below). Currently my hair is healthy and I can wear any style of choice. Most importantly throughout this time I have witnessed Lynnique continue to improve her knowledge, she discussed her continued education related to trichology and hair loss, which is very impressive. She continues to stay informed about treatments, and products that are best for her clients. She is a true SME(subject matter expert) in her field. I would recommend her to anyone that is having trouble with hair loss or unhealthy hair. We do not have to suffer in silence. Professional, Kind, Compassionate Service and knowledgeable… Lynnique from consultation to regular cosmetology services was nothing but a consummate professional. I found her trichology knowledge to be to be rooted in science, biology and a true understanding and knowledge of a variety of hair types. I have recommended her to both friends and family. Hair loss is not an isolated incident for many and for others it really is a secret concern. Lynnique put me at ease and moved me from a place of hiding under a hat to be shocked by compliments from strangers telling me they love my hair.
