They promised a free facial but it never happened because the person that does the skin care cancel my appointment because I was 15 min late. I explained that I had to drive 45 min to come here, today was raining all day and I encounter a jam in my way. She said “ I am sorry” I know that she canceled it because it was a complimentary gift.
