Sonia is a phenomenal woman; highly skilled at what she does, professional and a wonderful human being. Thus far, after only 3 sessions, I have seen amazing results. They use the oldest “laser” machine and your hair continues to grow back, but the tech and Sonia will tell you it’s normal and keep asking you to buy more sessions.It is the most painful process ever. I have been to a few laser spots, and the machine they use hurts the most and has the least results! They know this because they will offer you to take tequila shots and tell you to take pain killers every visit.Very very unprofessional. You will never meet the lady in charge (Sonia), but she will harrass you for money and payments for future visits. Then she will reschedule every appointment you make for other people to fit into her schedule! The tech (Katiya) does not communicate well or stick to her word. Do not spend your money here as it is a scam, very rude staff, and the results are so much better in other places for a cheaper price!Also if you do go here, ask for a contract because she will keep messing up the amount of appointments you paid for and will continue harrassing you for payments for appointments that have not happened yet!This is a money making business for Sonia, she is not qualified, never is available to answer questions, and does not care about her customers!Service: Laser hair removalTerrible experince! Sonia is amazing!!! She has made my experience with laser hair removal great. She is a very professional person who becomes your friend at the end of the first session. She addresses everything and always try to accommodate you. She is 100% honest too – some companies tell you they will do all the areas in your body and fail to tell you that if you touch a specific spot, it will only get worse. She actually cares about her clients and recommends you not to touch certain parts because the hair will only grow faster and heavier and you will end up spending so much money to fix it. Doing laser has been the best decision ever and I am so happy with the results! I honestly thought it wouldn’t work with the type of hair I have but it has worked wonders!!

Never give ur money to small ppl who want to grow overnight with ur money. Had contract with her for 6+2 sessions give the one thousand all cash at first session. She insists that she will be there Tuesdays all day, almost after first session start reshedueling each time, got 3 sessions and changed her word regarding tuesdays and unflexible, impolite regarding the session that SHE scheduled six weeks before appointment, so unprofessional.
