Critical: QualityThe staff was friendly, salon looked clean. I’m giving three star because I asked for the foot detox. I have them at other salons in the past and feel as though they didn’t do it correctly. They didn’t add the salts and of course the water didn’t change color at all in the pedicure tub. The staff was friendly, salon looked clean. I’m giving three star because I asked for the foot detox. I have them at other salons in the past and feel as though they didn’t do it correctly. They didn’t add the salts and of course the water didn’t change color at all in the pedicure tub. I paid a lot for a service that I didn’t receive.

Nicole and James, the owners, are so friendly and welcome each customer in the spa. This is a Vienna small business that we should support! I’ve been a customer of Diamond Spa for 10 years and recommend them highly. Nicole and James, the owners, are so friendly and welcome each customer in the spa. This is a Vienna small business that we should support! I’m moving to another area this summer and one of the biggest things I’ll miss is seeing Nicole for pedicures and a gel manicure every couple weeks!!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy mom and I come get mani/pedis here all the time. The leg massage they give with the pedicure is phenomenal. If you get a mani/pedi then they throw in a little back massage while your nails are drying. They pull out all the stops and it’s really a luxury experience. This is also the only place I will get my eyebrows waxed! I have thick, unruly brows and they give them the perfect shape up every time.My mom and I come get mani/pedis here all the time. If you get a mani/pedi then they throw in a little back massage while your nails are drying. They pull out all the stops and it’s really a luxury experience.
