I visited tonight for the first time as a walk in because it’s near my house. I only had to wait maybe 20 min to get to a chair which is good considering it’s before a holiday and when I walked in everyone was already with a customer. I got a gel pedicure by Ms. Susan, she was very friendly and did a great job. I wanted a French manicure with dip but didn’t realize the steps and precision that goes into that! Ms. Becky ended up staying after closing to finish my nails… she was so patient and thorough, I truly appreciated her and will definitely be back! Some people mentioned a wait which may happen during peak times or depending on staffing but please trust they are definitely worth the wait if there is one

This is one of the more sanitary salons I’ve been to, where they clean and sanitize in between each guest, wiping the stations down. Complimentary drinks is always a plus. Great service, quality work, and friendly staff. I had a great experience at Diamond Nail Spa and would recommend this to anyone!

Cici does amazing pedicure massages. Michael does amazing dip(never thick) and always ask through the way if you are comfortable with how he is doing your nails. Great nail salon with a great, spacious environment. I’ve used them often and I feel confident the tools, etc are sanitized properly. We moved to Midlothian a little over two years ago and I’ve tried a few salons around town but was never 100% satisfied. I tried this salon a few months ago and had a great experience. I’ve been back about every 2-3 weeks and the consistency is what brings me back. I’ve personally never had to wait for a chair either. I highly recommend them!

My first experience was Awesome. I’m from Florida and currently in town on business. There was a a significant wait however, I had no appointment. So I was okay waiting. Vivian was my nail technician for a gel pedicure and a powder dip manicure. I was so happy when I walked out. She did an outstanding job on my hands and feet.

This was my first visit to Diamond Nails Spa. The decor is very nice and the shop is clean, The staff is pleasant and the ambiance is peaceful. I had the dipping powder done in an ombre; it’s beautiful. I would rate my overall service as (5) stars; however, my toenail polish was applied a little to thick for my liking. I will continue to visit this shop but will select gel polish for the toes instead.

Amazing job! Came here instead of my normal place since my regular nail tech wasn’t working and I’m so glad I did. Tommy did my nails and took his time and shaped them exactly how I wanted. Didn’t mind waiting since I walked in. I will definitely be back and totally recommend!
