This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Their business page says they close at 7:30, and the times on the door don’t even have a closing time posted. I came at 5:55, while there were two people they were working on. I asked if it was too late for them to do my nails, and all I got was an attitude. The woman agreed to my nails and asked what I wanted, I said French Tip. The work was rushed and sloppy. The tips weren’t even glued all the way down. I have never seen a french tip manicure this thick, I was appalled. I realize it was late, but I was still there an hour and a half before closing. If you don’t want to close at 7:30, then please change your closing time online or put something on your door. The work was pathetic, and I have been getting my nails done here for AWHILE. The work was always very good in the past, but this experience just completely ruined my outlook on this business. I got them done on a Saturday, it’s currently Tuesday, and my nails are beginning to lift.

Normally have a great experience here but yesterday the woman who did my fill in was horrible. She hit every one of my cuticles with the Dremel tool then she didn’t even do a good job with the fill. Did a excellent job on my eyebrows though. This is my first bad experience here.

My nails are acrylic and they are thicker than I like them. After 1.5 weeks I could start to see the bottom lifting already. Square shape I asked for was crooked. These pics are after 2 weeks. I paid 33 for a refill

Never got nails done here but I did get my lashes done for the first time. It was a good experience but they irritated my eyes too bad so Sunday they where sitting on my dresser. This business must didn’t have no AC because it was hot as heck in there and I did see some dusty ceiling fans rotating but it wasn’t doing any good. Oh and great job with waxing my eye brows

Positive: ValueThe shaping of my nails is gorgeous, but wow did she really pile on the acrylic. Due to my nails being so thick my GEL nail polish is peeling apart, not chipping PEELING. The woman was very sweet, but she was rough on the filing and I’m used to having my nails done. Now this isn’t a “don’t ever go here” type of review because honestly the price definitely wasn’t bad for my length, shaping, and gel. I would usually pay double for what I got done here. The shaping of my nails is gorgeous, but wow did she really pile on the acrylic. Due to my nails being so thick my GEL nail polish is peeling apart, not chipping PEELING. The woman was very sweet, but she was rough on the filing and I’m used to having my nails done. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI’m not sure if this lady was the manager or not but she’s extremely rude. I was there last weekend spending my hard earn money. Starting off the verbiage she use to wash hands is “ go wash your hands”. Secondly I witnessed her being rude to 4 black women for no reason what so ever. The white lady she treated like a queen. The First Lady had 4 colors in her hand she the ask in the most ugly way “ you want all of those colors”. The lady so oh no just trying to decide. She then ask a lady to go wash hands . She didn’t hear her so she had to repeat. When the lady got up she rolled her eyes. We locked eyes and I wanted her to know how she was rude the entire time I was there.
