My family and I stopped in from out of town for some manicures and pedicures and had a great time! We were lucky enough to come in during a time when they weren’t too busy, so we were immediately accommodated. They offered us tea and took great care of us!! My nail artist took the time to listen to my requests and make sure I was happy with my nails. Thank you Diamond Nail!!

Handsome Van did a great job on my nails! I wanted my son’s football colors, and he took his time to make them beautiful! I have very little and awkward nails and they are usually hard to work with! What a nightmare. I’m usually a very easy going person. This situation has me very stressed. I was a walk-in for a simple manicure regular polish. I got up sold to gel (whatever that was my decision). The gal doing my nails was so rough and that she made my middle finger cuticle bleed uncontrollably. She kept putting this blue stuff on the nail to try to stop the bleeding. Then vigorously wiped off the blood with the cloth that was on the dirty counter. She rubbed my arm and said “calm down” when I said those tools don’t look very clean. Now I’m worried I’ll get a blood borne pathogen from the completely lack of sanitation in this place. Awful experience.

This is my third time back, as I wanted to give this place a chance. But, each time my experience was disappointing. See photo below. They did a terrible job on my manicure, made my cuticles bleed, rushed the job and left with my nails looking worse than when I came in. In addition, the experience was not pleasant. They were understaffed, the tension was high and it was anything but relaxing. I do not recommend this nail salon.

Made an appt but not seen for 45 minutes later. Kept telling me someone was coming from another location, but no one ever did. I asked multiple times to have the foil things placed on my nails to soak off the shellac while waiting but told no, someone would be there soon and they would when they got there.

I absolutely love how my nails turned out. I looked through multiple mail businesses with in 40 minutes of me, and ultimately chose Diamond nails for the prices listed on their website. I looked at tons of pictures and reviews, and when I arrived I was waited on almost immediately. However, the prices were quite a bit more than what was listed on their website. They also would not honor the 20% coupon from their site.

I got a full set, cost $60 not including tip. The man doing my nails did a great job and they look very similar to my reference. However, he was distracted and kept getting up while doing my nails, which made the appointment take much longer than it needed to.
