They grabbed my husband so I went to get him and one of the guys grabbed me too. We both CLEARLY stated that we did not want a massage and they still kept on grabbing and pulling us.THEY WERE EXTREMELY PUSHY!!! My husband was trying to get up from the massage chair because he did want the massage and was pushed down. We didn’t want to cause a scene or get crazy with the employees so we ended up just going with it. When we paid the lady pulled out a sign that said tip us please and she literally didn’t want to let us go until we tipped her(for something I didn’t even enjoy or want). WE ENDED UP JUST LEAVING BECAUSE WE WERE SO MAD THAT WE SPENT SO MUCH($50) ON SOMETHING WE DIDNT EVEN WANT .THIS REALLY RUINED OUR TRIP.

The lady massage therapist has great pressure on both her chair massages & her table massages. I got an hour massage with her and it was the best. She’s very intuitive with where your pains & discomforts are. Massages are with clothes on and there is little privacy because it’s open space.I’m sure it will look different as time goes on. But I just came for the actual massage.

Theifs!!! Lady at Lakewood mall pull us inside sayning it’s a free massage. Went inside and gave message for 10 mins and ask to pay $12 stating that it was free for 1 min. This really cheating and stealing of money.
