Being this was my first experience with lashes, She took the time to answer any and all questions I had, and guided me through the last process- on lash types, expectations, etc. There has never been a time that Tori had not given me a honest answer, or had explained something to where I wasn’t sure or left questioning her response. Tori is approachable, knowledgeable, and is always reassuring that her clients are fully educated on everything lashes.
