I called & asked if they do walked-in! I was told to come but it’s up to me if I want to wait as I have others ahead of me. Amanda the owner is very friendly & professional. We talked, laughed, & her daughter like my baby to the point of her buying him a diaper & cloth. My hair was fabulous when Amanda was done with my hair. I love my hair cut & style. I’m new to the area so I just walked in. The owner was very nice and informative. She took the time to show me pictures of her work. The environment was very clean and comfortable. She was able to get me in and was very understanding about my time frame (needed to pick up my son) I have anxiety but I felt very relaxed. I ended up loving my cut.

They did a very good job. Was very friendly and the place was very clean. She did exactly what I asked to be done. 4 stars because my hair didn’t last very long with the curls but it was still lovely and beautiful. Will go back. I do recommend!

I had an absolutely terrible experience the service was horrible. i went in to get seneglese twist. The stylist made me go back to the store to return the hair because it was to long. She didnt even ask me if that was the length I wanted I could tell she just didnt feel like doing that length of hair. I went to the store they didn’t have the shorter version and she and the other stylist complained about the hair the entire time. the first women didn’t know how to twist it properly and so I had to switch to a different stylist. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Both of the stylist kept complaining about the hair I bought, when the owner is the one that told me to by that type of hair. She was very ruff with my hair and when I made it known that she was parting my hair to hard and shoving the comb in my hair she continued to be ruff. Afterwards I still decided to leave a $20 tip out of the goodness of my heart, since she had to do my hair unexpectedly. I told her that I was running across the street to get her tip when I came back she didnt even look me in the face, took the tip and walked off. Some of the twist where half twisted and looked as if she was rushing through it. The owner was sitting right there and didn’t correct her or say thank you for coming nothing. Some of the twist are braided at the end and some are just twisted. There are alot of inconsistencies through out my hair.
