Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m always reluctant on trying a new salon. My usual stylist is in Atlanta, but not anymore! I always leave the salon disappointed, because I leave not getting what I asked for. But today I left with exactly what I wanted! Kara did such a great job on my hair and she was so patient during my 7 hour long process since my hair didn’t want to lift, and the time she took on my shadow root. She was friendly & talked to me the whole time, which is something I appreciate. Who wants to sit in a chair for 7 hours awkwardly? I felt like I knew her forever! I’m so glad I came here, and I’m so happy with my hair. I finally left a salon feeling beautiful and wholesome, all while being 30 weeks pregnant! I’m always reluctant on trying a new salon. My usual stylist is in Atlanta, but not anymore! I always leave the salon disappointed, because I leave not getting what I asked for. But today I left with exactly what I wanted! Kara did such a great job on my hair and she was so patient during my 7 hour long process since my hair didn’t want to lift, and the time she took on my shadow root. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI visited the salon for the first time in May. Kara did a great job on my highlights, but then I went back September 8 and told her I wanted the same thing she had done before. She asked me if I would like a different toner for a silvery blonde and I told her I didn’t know. We decided to try it and it turned my hair gray. She washed it out and put in a different toner and then my hair was brown. She tried to argue with me saying that it was a dirty blonde. She took a picture of my hair under a special light and then took me outside with a mirror to show me that it was not brown but it was. I told her I just want my blonde highlights like I had the very first time I came to the salon. She agreed to see me the next morning to correct it. I went back the next morning and she was not her usual self. She was very unfriendly to me and rude. She bleached the brown out of my hair and added a different toner. It was then a light brown. I told her that is not what I wanted. She tried to argue with me and said it was exactly what I asked for. It is not and I’m so embarrassed of the way I look. I visited the salon for the first time in May. Kara did a great job on my highlights, but then I went back September 8 and told her I wanted the same thing she had done before. She asked me if I would like a different toner for a silvery blonde and I told her I didn’t know. We decided to try it and it turned my hair gray.
