Critical: QualityI went for a simple Botox procedure on my forhead. They kept me waiting and then insisted on over a dozen pictures involving the rest of my face etc I was very clear that I did not want anything else but they sort of indicated I’d likely change my mind. Then I had to wait for the dr even though I had agreed to use the nurse practitioner. Finally she came in and then they left again to discuss for over 25 minutes. I’ve done this before. I went for a simple Botox procedure on my forhead. They kept me waiting and then insisted on over a dozen pictures involving the rest of my face etc I was very clear that I did not want anything else but they sort of indicated I’d likely change my mind. Then I had to wait for the dr even though I had agreed to use the nurse practitioner. Finally she came in and then they left again to discuss for over 25 minutes. I’ve done this before. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Dr. Cosgrove for about 8 years now. I live about 2 hours away. She is fantastic and worth the drive. She is always on time, professional and stays on top of new technology and treatments. Her front office staff is run by Yardena, who is also wonderful. They are great at making last minute changes with my extremely difficult schedule. I have been going to Dr. Cosgrove for about 8 years now. I live about 2 hours away. She is fantastic and worth the drive. She is always on time, professional and stays on top of new technology and treatments. Her front office staff is run by Yardena, who is also wonderful. They are great at making last minute changes with my extremely difficult schedule. I appreciate everything Dr. Cosgrove and her staff does for me.

I arrived on time & met the front desk attendant whom informed me that my appointment was not at 3:00 PM that instead my appointment was at 3:30PM (well that was a lie because I am super punctual when it comes to my appointments and write down everything. My appt. was at 3:00PM).Needless to say, I went ahead and concurred with the attendant whom after completing the initial paperwork (5 minutes) instructed me to wait in a cubicle.It was 3:49 PM and NO-ONE had even bothered to check up on me and no sign of the doctor of course (besides the initial “accidental meet” as she actually walked into my cubicle just to grab a couple of things that she needed from one of the cabinets).I am not one to review businesses often but in this particular time I felt compelled to inform and educate other possible victims of this “Pseudo Med Spa”, because if they do not understand how valuable time it is in general to all of us (specially my time), therefore they deserve this honest and factual review, and just like school and universities do not take stupid away (in case stupidity dwells in your vicinity) certainly an Indian Wells Med Spa IS NOT a guarantee of quality service.Pease take your business somewhere else and save yourself the trouble (unless you have plenty of time to waste).I was given an appointment at 3:00PM for an initial consultation for laser hair removal. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDoctor Doriana is amazing, her staff are excellent. She treats you like family always. Highly recommend her for anything you need. Lasers, fillers, Botox.
