I’m a new patient. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the facility is absolutely spotless and was warmly greeted! Shortly thereafter I was shown to an exam room – also incredibly clean and spacious. The P.A. who saw me, Tymothi, was very professional, friendly and thorough. He was also very respectful to both myself and his assistant who was taking notes! He made sure to explain to me what he was looking for, what was of no concern and what raised some concern (but without alarming me in the least). A few sites warranted biopsies – his assistant administered the numbing agent and made sure that I was sufficiently numb. The biopsies themselves were virtually painless! As was the freezing off of something VERY close to my eye. They were very clear in regards to aftercare as well. Although this was my first visit, they made me feel very comfortable…l left feeling like I have been a patient of theirs for years! I HIGHLY recommend this practice! Thanks to everyone!
