Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy fiance had a scheduled appointment the day of our baby shower to get a cut. We spoke to them the day before and had everything set up. They told him to be there at 10am and that there would be two barber’s there that day. He waited outside from 10-11am and no one ever showed. When I called about it they were rude and nonchalant. They lost a valuable customer, will not be returning and wasting our time on unprofessional people or businesses. My fiance had a scheduled appointment the day of our baby shower to get a cut. We spoke to them the day before and had everything set up.
