Critical: ProfessionalismWow I received agift card from a friend for a massage I gave to my daughter we reached out and finally had an appt today June 26 when my daughter arrived she couldn’t find the place she called and spoke with tanya she said who was your appt with my daughter didnt know she said oh your the 30 minute massage and my daughter said yes. Then she replied idk what happened but I forgot to put you in my book .if you can wait an hour or 2 I can come at 530.WHAT!! My daughter says noicant my appt was for 430 ,she then replies well I’m sorry I cant make that .
