I really loved my pedicure the first time. The lady was really attentive, and thorough. Unfortunately my initial experience hasn’t been replicated. Getting a “good” pedicure really depends on who does it in this establishment. My last experience was so bad that I won’t return. The original person doing my nails cut my cuticles and soaked my feet for five minutes. Then they just turned over the job to someone else, who already had started on another customer. I waited twenty minutes, not even getting to soak my feet again. After another customer pointed out how long I had been waiting, the lady doing my nails came back and painted them. (Yes, you read that right). Perplexed I asked why my heels hadn’t been done, pointing out steps that never happened. The lady told me she changed ‘the order.’ Anyone who has ever gotten a pedicure knows that the heels are important and that nails don’t get painted until the very end. I was so done at this point that I skipped the massage and paid for a pedicure I didn’t really get.

I really like this place! The people are super nice! I mainly go for the dip manicure. They have one of the best dip manicures I have ever had. My nails won’t chip or break for a month!!!! The pedicures here are average I would say. They give great massages which are long!

This is easily the absolute worst place I have ever been in my entire life. We had an appointment for 1:45PM and did not leave until 4:10PM. Kept accepting walk-ins when they didn’t even have enough staff to take care of their appointments. Shapes of nails are horrible, lengths uneven, nails are lumpy, employees were arguing in front of customers, and even other customers were complaining about the wait when they had appointments! “Best in Farmington Valley” what a joke. We had an appointment for 1:45PM and did not leave until 4:10PM. Kept accepting walk-ins when they didn’t even have enough staff to take care of their appointments. So disappointed…I’ve been a loyal customer for over 12 years and yesterday experience was terrible. I made an appointment for Monday- the technician had a sick child and they could not take me. Ok, fine, made an appointment for Thursday. Called to confirm and was told girl is still not there. No one called to let me know, so I asked if someone else can take me. The owner said yes, I confirmed the time and she said no problem. Ok, fine, I came at the scheduled time and was asked to come back 30 min later. Ok…not cool but whatever. Came back later to not be even talked to in another 30 min. After that it just went from bad to worse. Terrible service. Then they charged me for my 7y daughter manicure a full price when the technician who also is the owner did not even use a file! She just painted her nails and that is it. Ugh, I am so disappointed…

I had the most lovely experience last week at Deco. I called to make an appointment and they took me right on time. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism considering covid but I felt very safe, and there were plastic curtain dividers between the chairs. Everyone wore masks and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while! I had gone to Noelle across the street before but felt they always rush through and never paint my nails very well. Deco on the other hand did not disappoint. I’m going back this week for a manicure!

Deco Nails is a small local business by far the best in the area! Kris and Tony are amazing hard working people. They take a lot of pride to make sure that all their services are meticulously performed and that all of their customers are satisfied! I have been going to them since my daughter was a year old. Now she is 16 and goes to DECO Nails with her friends and absolutely adores Kris. Support your local business and come see them soon! You’ll love them!

Love Chrissy & her team. Chris is a perfectionist! Even though it may take her a little bit of extra time, it’s because she pays attention to the details. not my favorite nail salon. Two of the women nail techs are always talking while doing my nails and do not pay attention. When I try to explain something they need to fix they don’t understand me. Also i was getting my nails done and by 6:30 pm they were turning down the lights. Mind you they close at 7:30 according to their sign. When doing acrylic nails they use glue and shake on some powder. I told her one of the acrylic nails she put on was too large for my finger, didn’t fix it. And she didn’t even trim any of my cuticles. I am upset at myself for tipping her. within a day 3 of my nails have a chip at the top and nail polish coming off.

Today was the first time I went to Deco Nails and it is the last. I took my daughter and her friend to get manicures and was told at the end it was going to be 10.00 more for each manicure and 20.00 more for my fill. When I refrenced the prices on the wall I was told they were old prices. My daughters friend went back in to get some of her money back and one of the men working there tried pulling her nails off. She is 13. I saw that this family was set to be deported and people rallied around to support them staying. Do we really want dishonest people that assault 13 yr olds in our country?
