I don’t know where to begin! This place is definitely amazing! I called and wanted to get a same day appointment and got the time I want. As I was terribly scared as I got to the salon, Everyone greeted me. I felt so calm afterwards after I was explaining what happened to my hair. I was going to allow someone I don’t even know cut my hair, named Sabrina! As she was cutting my hair she explained everything she needed to do! But let me tell you ! This girl is Blessed ! Her attitude was unbelievable! Amazing! I moved to Long Island just a year ago and I finally got a spot to actually cut my hair the way I wanted it to be. I don’t think this place deserves a 5 star ⭐️! I’ll give more than that if I could have! I had a bad experience at another hair salon and waited 3 months to actually get my hair where I wanted it to be. I showed Sabrina a picture and let me tell you, it came out better than what I wanted. Not to top it off everyone is amazing there!

It was a Saturday and I didn’t have an appointment and I was a walk-in and they took care of me right away which I appreciated. The place is clean and nice. My hair wash was nice except the ladies were talking about some disturbing matters like a special needs child who was bullied or beat up. Then they gave me Dawn Fuchs to do my hair. I went in for a TRIM. I said I wanted NO MORE THAN 2 inches cut. SHE CHOPPED MY HAIR OFF! Took like 5-6 inches. I want to die. And not to mention she was talking about politics (Trump supporter.) I don’t care what political side you choose but when you’re shoving it down my throat, that’s when I check out. She acted nice and I even gave her a fat tip but I regret not telling her how disappointed I was in her unprofessionalism in not communicating with me about CHOPPING MY HAIR OFF! If you get her make sure you ask her to communicate about HAIR and not politics!!!

Kim is awesome! This is the second time she’s done my hair, both times I loved the way it looked! She really listens to you and makes suggestions based on your conversation. She also takes her time. I didn’t feel rushed like other places so the stylist could start their next client. Kim isn’t a pushy salesgirl at the end either, asking you to get this or that for your hair which is so appreciated. Nothing worse than a pushy salesgirl to ruin a relaxing day. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend you try this salon.

I went to this salon for the first time on a whim yesterday and will now be a regular customer. Everyone is super friendly and my stylist Lisa was beyond amazing and really took her time with me despite me being a walk-in at the end of the day. I highly recommend this salon and Lisa especially, not just for a great hairdo, but for a fun and relaxing experience!

I was recommended to Jenn M. by the employee at Cosmo Proff in Medford. Jenn was such a straight forward down to earth person. She NAILED MY COLOR. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how it came out.
