DD’s African Hair Braiding is the best place in San Antonio Texas to get your hair braided! The ladies are all very courteous and professional. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came to my appointment early and I was let in by an employee. Before I had called to make an appointment and ask questions and the prices DD told me were different she told me box braids run from 120-160+ depending on the length. So when I was telling her employee what I wanted and she asked me if DD told me the prices I said yes 120-160 but she called DD because she didn’t believe and right then and there they basically said I was lying cuz those don’t run in any of there work which I was so confused on because when I called I had someone with me cuz they also wanted to get there hair braided but she heard 120-160 and backed out. Literally DD CAME LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT, her employee didn’t even bother to start on my hair and just have me wait till DD showed which wasted my time. Then another girl comes in and she sat there for like an hour and nobody touch her hair and DD just left which left her so mad cuz she came here to get her hair done but waiting for an hour ain’t it if there is 3 people who could have at least start with her head. There prices are mad expensive and literally 3 days in with my braids 2 fell out. Never again am I going back to this establishment where it’s is unprofessional, lack of work, rudeness within employees. I came to my appointment early and I was let in by an employee. Before I had called to make an appointment and ask questions and the prices DD told me were different she told me box braids run from 120-160+ depending on the length.
