The girl knicked my nails (thankfully needed them cut) and made my cuticles bleed. I explained that I am a nurse and have been having a hard time finding a nail salon that can do a gel manicure that can last 2 weeks. She seemed to take extra care but once I got home, my manicure began falling apart. She used the file and made my nails so thin that they all broke on the corners. Every single nail chipped I contacted the business and only asked that they remove the chipped polish. I received no response. I know that it is possible to receive a great manicure that can last because my nail person in my home state was quite capable of doing so. It has been a disappointing experience.

Female owner cancelled my appointment bc she thought I was flirting with her husband when I was just making an appointment. Not a good way to run a business if your crazy jealous like that then maybe don’t have him answer the phone. Excellent work from Andrea but the owner is crazy to cancel a service bc she felt threatened and now won’t do my nails bc I made her husband laugh horrible way to run a buisness and very unprofessional

I’ve tried LOTS of different nail salons but was nervous none of those places could do what I wanted for my wedding. And that I’d pay an insane amount. I came here on a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did. Cannot recommend them enough. And everyone was soooo nice and friendly. The salon is clean and cute. I went today for my wedding nails and it was amazing. I’ve tried LOTS of different nail salons but was nervous none of those places could do what I wanted for my wedding. And that I’d pay an insane amount. I came here on a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did. Cannot recommend them enough. And everyone was soooo nice and friendly. The salon is clean and cute. I will be back for sure!!!!!

This place was so cute and clean. However the women I had was not very experienced. I wanted a simple black French tip with a white accent line. It took nearly 3 hours and I have multiple cuts from the drill leaving my cuticles very sore. It was a good effort but they ended up looking very amateur at best with color all under my nails and uneven application. I wish I didn’t pay full price as I had to go have them redone somewhere else.

I would have to say that I been in many nail shop and this one has been the best nail shop. Let me tell you why! They make sure you are very satisfied with your nails and any design you want they will compliment you with all your desires of colors or designs. Plus when you visit is a peaceful environment. They will make sure you are very taken care off.

The shop is cute, but the customer service is slim to none. The owner did my nails; no longer that I left my one nail looked funny to me but I thought nothing of it as she used a different brand of polish on me. The next day I had cracks in my fresh polish. I tried explaining everything to owner & she said she would give me an appointment time so she could fix them & never did nor ever returned my texts.

Beautiful salon with great caring and talented staff, great service and complimentary coffee/water & snacks! If your looking for that something special for your special event, this is the place to go. Your nails will be envied with the custom artistic work done here! You can get a standard manicure…but why not get a unique work of art! I get compliments on my nails all the time. Highly recommend!
