So I received both services for mani and pedi on Friday April 2nd. I didn’t have cash for a tip so I told the person that provided me services. I’ll be back. I walked not drove but walked to Walgreens purchased some chips that were on sale and got cash back. I gave him ten dollars OBLY to look at my bank statement and see he already tipped himself 8 dollars. See this type of disrespect is just hurtful because I made sure I tipped him and thought he deserved more. My nails are uneven they have multiple shapes but I still stopped because he was friendly. The owner I’m guessing or manager was like just being me receipt. I’m like I didn’t even take it. Don’t get me wrong she was willing to rectify the situation but nothing will come if the man who charged my card. I will never be back after I get my refund. Never. And I want it in cash.

The service was terrible! When I sat down in the chair I was splashed with water from the tub soaking my entire bottom half and phone EVERYONE LAUGHED and no one apologized they were rude as soon as I walked in and then told me that they can’t fix the machines and everybody gets splashed daily and no one complains so I shouldn’t complain TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PEOPLE

Not satisfied at all first time trying this place out definitely not coming back. the quality of the product was cheap and immediately began to chip and break off not even 24hrs and the color was lifting up off my nails I went back the next day and had the guy that did my nails due them over again he Apologized and began to fix my nails it lasted 2 days and the same thing began to happen definitely DO NOT TRY THE DIP POWDER. they might do good with liquid no chip but very In experienced when it comes to the powder

Absolutely loved this place! Every one was so nice and helpful. I just recently moved to Cicero and was in dire need of a new nail shop… look no more! This place is excellent they were very helpful and I especially enjoy the pride they take in their work. I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends. I just got home from this place. It was my first time going to get my pedicure in this place & I Did not liked it at all!!! The lady did not painted my Toe nails good she left some of my old nail polish on my toe nail. I waited there for more than 30 min so the nail paint can dry and i just got home and the paint looks really bad, there’s many bubbles on the nail paint and even lines… I do not recommend this place at all..

I went to this place with my mom and I absolutely loved it because my nails lasted like more than a month and I was soooo happy and the girl who did it was Lynn and I suggest letting Lynn do your nails because she takes her time to make sure you love it but if your in a hurry, she also ends up doing it fabulous in a few minutes but, the nail polish was kinda thick which I didn’t like but I think that’s my fault since I didn’t let her know that I didn’t want them to be thick. That’s all!

Extremely rude, unprofessional, no customer satisfaction . I got a typical full set nails, was not satisfied with the lady that did my nails . So I requested my money back and if she could remove all the nails from my hand. She Refused to help me, I asked for a manager she tells me that the manager isn’t there … Then the so-called manager comes from behind me with major attitude . As I explained to him why I wasn’t satisfied with my service, he then tells me that there is no getting your money back , but we can remove the nails he said . It did not make sense to me , so I told him well can you at least fix my nails. He only thought one was worth fixing, so when he failed to do that. At the end of the day it didn’t matter no customer satisfaction. He started swearing because I wasn’t satisfied . Then I told him that you’re acting very unprofessional . He didn’t care, he kept swearing even around customers and I didn’t swear at him not once ! . Do not recommend this place at all ! trash !
