My first visit was about 3 years ago and i loved the service went back maybe a year later and waited forever to get my hair even washed then sat there so long until my hair was almost completely air dry before one of the ladies finally came and sat me in a chair outcome that day fory hair was alright as well….went back for a third time and the wait waa wayy too long for me so i left…. Far as friendly…… They were ok…. As a business owner myself my response to a review would not be sorry…i would use a more professional approach in letting the individual know i do apologize and would like to know what i could do to make the wrong right or offer a more sincere apology…..
