Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad an appointment (we were a group of three) for nails (one gel manicure, one fill in, and one full acrylic set), and despite the shop being very busy, the first member of our party was taken back right away. All three of us are very pleased with the finished results. The employees were courteous, professional, and very friendly. Prices were reasonable. Had an appointment (we were a group of three) for nails (one gel manicure, one fill in, and one full acrylic set), and despite the shop being very busy, the first member of our party was taken back right away. All three of us are very pleased with the finished results. The employees were courteous, professional, and very friendly. Prices were reasonable. Would gladly use them again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just moved to PA a month ago. I came to D nails for the first time. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I showed a picture of A flower design that I wanted On my ring finger. I specifically asked if he could do the design- he said yes. The person I was assigned to had full sleeve tattoos. The man with tattoos rushes and does sloppy work. I don’t recommend him.He was going extremely too fast burning my nails a few times with a drill. He cut my nails too short and shaped them round. Another man had to step in bc he did not understand. . From the moment I sat down I wanted to leave. When the time came for him to design my nails I knew that he was not honest about what he could do. He kept starting the flower over and then wiping it off; becoming agitated. Horrible nail salon experience. The end result, was a child like design that looked NOTHING like a flower. JUST BLOBS. I paid and gave him a tip he didn’t deserve bc I am kind. I will be looking for another nail spa. I went to Walmart that’s directly next-door and got some polish and went home to fix the nails myself. I took off his design and added a glitter nail and chrome nail myself. I just moved to PA a month ago. I came to D nails for the first time. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I showed a picture of A flower design that I wanted On my ring finger. I specifically asked if he could do the design- he said yes.
