Worst experience of my life. The girl Lisa botched my hair, gave me chemical burns and was extremely confrontational. Diane the owner was also argumentative and confrontational when I complained. They refused to fix my hair when I complained. It wasn’t until I went back to complain that Lisa bleached my clothing and how she was not responsible. Only then she offered to do my hair by putting an ash dye over my hair of a million colors and expected me to pay her $25 for the products after being forced to pay almost $200. They would not give me a refund or an apology. Please do not waste your time going to the salon. They all don’t know what their doing. Diane the owner and Lisa have no compassion or customer service skills. I am sorry I ever went here. Lisa is also a liar and has a very bad attitude. Especially when you say nicely it’s not the color you requested. She just catches an attitude and lies to make you feel like it was you.

Great experience, staff was wonderful Lisa did a great job and I felt that the haircut wasn’t rushed so she made sure to get all of the hairs. Can definitely tell that Diane the owner has 30+ years of experiance, she knows how to run a business.

I went into this salon for a wedding updo. The woman who did my hair did not know what she was doing and it came out very sloppy. She has no skills and should consider going back to school for training! I do not remember her name, but she had glasses with a Latin accent. I had to request for Sharon to please take over and she did a beautiful job, but I will never return to this salon for an updo again. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different salon!

I picked up my mother from this place and she walked out of the joint looking like Paulie Walnuts from “Sopranos”…not a good look. They made her look like a fool. All White on top, thick gray on the sides. I never seen her hair like that before. I went inside and made them fix her hair, I think the girl who did her hair is in the wrong business. I am never taking mom to this salon again, not even if they gave her a freebie…
