I went there on different times and was denied service only they have done it to me other places took me with no problem and they have a sign on the door masks required by state?? Ok I understand that but why is one of their own sitting on the phone with her mask off just wondering it should be for all right I don’t know…I went there different times once was told they can’t do my hair the other time I was told I had party hair so they can’t help me I’m not going there anymore i found a way better place with better service so sad

Her staff you won’t be able to find anyone better they listen and they take pride in thier work they acknowledge when you walk in the door. Believe I. The reason why I gave this place a 5 star rating is because it is a great place. They have amazing, skilled, friendly hairdressers. Another thing is that for anyone who needs a place to volunteer. This is a great place to volunteer at. The store owner knows her clients very well. Everyone is friendly. Great place to get your hair done.

Went in there hoping that someone would be able to help me with a nightmare haircut fix .. had let it grow out a few months hoping someone would be able to do something .. I have to say Lauren was meticulous and absolutely amazing! I went in there feeling like my hair was a mess and walked out confident that my hair looked amazing!! Got my hair shampooed, conditioned, cut & blow dryed for a good price. Nilsa is new there but has 25 yrs experience and she did a great job on my hair. It’s been awhile since I found a good stylist that isn’t intimated by my long hair. I definitely recommend her.

Horrible customer service. Came in as a walk in and was very rudely told there was no one available to do my hair and can “sit and wait for a few hours” if I want a haircut today. Not to mention, I wasn’t even asked what I was there for and it was not busy at all. I have been going to this place for over 25 years and was never spoken to so rudely before. Very upsetting because the owner is a wonderful person, sadly the staff seem very unprofessional.
