I booked a last minute appointment and they were prompt, kind, and easy to work with. It’s the best haircut I’ve had locally and I paid a quarter of what I’ve previously paid at the salon down the road.

Critical: ProfessionalismWeird experience. Place was recommended by a friend. Called for appointment a few days ahead for me and my daughter. Drive the 45 minutes there, arrived about five minutes early. When we walked into to the rather small room, no one greeted us or acknowledged us in anyway. We stood there awkwardly for a bit then sat down next to a hairdresser doing a color. After a few more minutes I asked if Melissa was there because we had appointments with her. I was assuming maybe Melissa was at lunch “I’m Melissa” was all she said. No “I’ll be right with you” or “just let me get this client settled”. Nothing. Went back to color. I had hoped to get a pedicure while my daughter had her haircut but the manicurist didn’t acknowledge us either but did acknowledge all the locals who came in warmly. Clearly this is a poplular place but there we sat for another 15 minutes. We had allotted an hour and a half for this but that time was quickly being eaten up so we talked about how it didn’t look like she would get where she needed to go that afternoon at this rate. I’m sure Melissa could hear us but again no acknowledgement. So we quietly got up and left.
