Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIt seems they need a class in professionalism and time management. When someone shows up for their appointment it’s best not to loudly argue with the receptionist about how you don’t have time for it. On top of that, being rude as hell and actually laughing at the customer when they finally ask you to stop arguing about their appointment in front of them is so uncalled for. How uncomfortable can you make someone who has been a long term customer? I am appalled at this behavior and will never recommend this place to anyone again.It seems they need a class in professionalism and time management. When someone shows up for their appointment it’s best not to loudly argue with the receptionist about how you don’t have time for it. So far no problems with this location. I’ve been going here for about 3 years. The last stylist that cut my hair was Jesse & she did a great job. She was very patient, professional, informative, & accomadating. I highly recommend her. Usually everyone is very nice.

I brought my twins here for haircuts prior to school starting back up. This place is amazing. I don’t remember the names of the awesome ladies that cut my boys hair, but they did great. Patient with me and super nice to the kids. Very friendly, very professional.

I love my hairstylists Jen, but the new manager there cut her hours to only 2 days a week!! Fridays and Saturdays!! So if I want my hair done before the weekend this is really inconvenient! And she has been there 5 yrs! Not fair to her either!
