If someone is unaware how to cut a certain style they should be upfront about it. Brought my son less than an hour ago to get his haircut, showed a picture of what he wanted, was assured it was no problem and it’s not even CLOSE to what he asked for. Then she rolled her eyes when he was visibly upset, REALLY??? Absolutely unbelievable, first time I’ve ever left a salon without giving a tip at all.. Here’s a tip, don’t say you can do something you can’t! He grew his hair out for months just for the cut.. Ridiculous.

Can’t give any higher or a rating because I never got to experience the salon. I was 4 minutes late for a tanning appointment as it was lunchtime in Malone with traffic. My appointment was already re-booked with someone there when I arrived. Guess I’m not going to Cuts are Us again.
