Every time I leave here, I leave looking and feeling better than I did when I came in. The shop is clean, comfortable and no nonsense. Courtney cuts my hair and every time I see her she remembers my cut, helps me improve it and cares about me and our conversations. Every time I look around in the shop all of the haircuts are super sharp and impressive. I know if Courtney was ever out I could still get a great cut from anyone in the shop. It’s also super easy to schedule your appointment and pay and tip online.

If you enjoy being ignored for about an hour while no one has eye contact or conversation with you, then Cut Republic in Cromwell is the place for you. To make matters worse, one stylist was playing on his phone 10 feet from us. He had no customer, no eye contact, no nothing !

Cut Republic is by far the best barber shop around . It is extremely clean, well maintained, and professional. The shop has an inviting and friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Very fair pricing for top quality work! Courtney has been cutting my hair for years now. Her expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail makes her an outstanding barber. She takes pride in cutting hair and will always leave you feeling good. Courtney is without a doubt the best barber! Cut Republic uses Squire for appointments which makes it very easy for their customers. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular here but recently they raised the prices to $30-$35 for a haircut whereas before it was $25. I can no longer justify going here anymore when other barber shops I’ve been to usually charge $20 and that’s with eyebrow/facial hair trimming which is extra here. Besides that I’ve never gotten a bad haircut and can’t complain about the quality it’s a shame they had to raise the prices.

Her attention to detail was above and beyond anything that I’ve experienced before when it comes to a haircut.
