I really like this place But yesterday I took my 7 year old daughter well the lady that did her hair ( I didn’t catch her name) but anyways she asked her would you like your hair shampooed ( well of course she’s goin say yes) I thought maybe it was free cuz she never asked me nor told me it was extra when she got done shampooing & cut & curls it was $28, I thought it was only goin be $15, I shouldn’t have paid it that made me so mad, She should have asked the adult or said it was extra instead of asking a 7 year old, So I was very unsatisfied this time, Also she did not cut her hair the way I said to, I also took my BF daughter there to for a hair cut so here I am thinking it was only goin be $30 but it turned out to be $43, Super mad, I should have went off but the person that I am I dont like to make a scene.

This place is very rude! I sat there for a half an hour waiting for a hair cut. The lady then walked over to me and said, “We are booked for the day.” Will never go there again. Very unprofessional and not very clean!!
